Discussion over a College Black Tie formal dinner -- Where the idea sparked

As a common weekly ritual in Oxford University, Fozia and I were having a four-course formal dinner in Somerville College, a college which was named after Lady Somerville (1780-1872), a Scottish science writer and polymath, and tutor of Ada Lovelace, whom is chiefly known for her work on Charles Babbage's early mechanical general-purpose computer, the Analytical Engine. Naturally, after the Latin Grace being said and high table being seated, we talked about female in engineering and their impact to the community. This was where it all begins, when we decided that we would like to start on a project together that will benefit a community with our engineering background.
