Multi-level platform

This is the representation of our platform.
There are four basic levels to this platform-
the bottom most level being the city level, followed by the state, country and continent levels.
Currently, we're working on building an app for the mobile platform for our city where anybody with this app on their smartphone can take a picture and tag the location of a hungry person when spotted. So people around the neighbourhood of the hungry person can distribute their extra food. In this way, there is an effective system for food waste management ensuring one less hungry person in this world.
Our idea for tff however was inspired by this small project for our city and is targeting a larger audience for distribution of food around the globe.
We do not participate in the distribution of food but we help establish a platform for connecting parties with excess and shortage of food.
The term 'food' has different meanings at different levels. For example, at lower levels it refers to basic cooked food that can distributed around neighbourhoods having a shortage in food. At higher levels, it could be grains, fruits or vegetables being supplied from one country with surplus supplies to the other with deficit.
On a larger scale, it would be the governments or big NGOs who would need to host themselves on our platform to connect with others having similar ideals.
5G and Deep learning would make the experience so much more better and efficient
5G helps in providing greater accuracy in location services and faster network. Deep learning can eliminate risks of human error in identifying areas to connect based on ethnic, cultural and political differences. It would also help segregate food based on its shelf-life and suggest areas accordingly.
