2. Food security issue has been particular concern lately. One of the best solution of this issue is by utilize untapped source of food like rice bran. Rice bran and moringa is great source of food because it has many benefit but these ingridients has bad aftertaste. Adding banana puree to cover rice bran and moringa bad aftertaste in this food bar is great idea but during the processing, banana flavor will be reduced. My suggestion is you could add artificial flavor if you want the foodbar taste better. Another thing to concern is the sustainability of the ingridients. I’m sure as long as people eat rice, rice bran will always be avaliable.

3. I think momura bar is great food innovation. Using rice bran as food ingredient is a good and challenging idea. I hope by made this product economic value of rice bran will be increase.
