Nan Ma

My name is Nan MA, born and raised up in China and later moved to Canada. I am a passionate food innovation master student and a professional foodie interested in product development and food culture. on the side, I really enjoyed to host on air radio shows and volunteering in translating from english to Chinese. I have worked on several projects related to nutrition and diet, covering the areas of clinical nutrition research and analytical chemistry research.  I have gained direct customer communication skills from various working and volunteering experiences as I believe good communication is the key factor to success in the business. I am glad to say that school and laboratory are not the definition of my life. I have fully indulged myself through traveling over 18 countries where I have enjoyed collecting home-made recipes with stories. In the future, I hope my professional technique and passion to food give my opportunity to contribute to food industry.
