Prince. Justin AJINGA TANYI

33 years old Prince. Justin AJINGA TANYI is founder/President and Director General of ETS Union Farms of Africa, where he has devoted 90 percent of his practice to agribusiness mentorship/coaching/consultancy and training for the last 10 years. He has extensive experience in agricultural development, training and consultation. He recently cofounded the African Youth Agribusiness Association (AYA) which is already operational in 17 African Countries with it secretariat in Cameroon. He equally works as agribusiness mentor with the University of Buea and Catholic University in Cameroon, mentoring more than a hundred students from the Department and Faculty of Agriculture. He also created the first Farmers Business Academy in Cameroon. This academy has trained and certified 20,000 farmers in the past two years. Justin is the son of Tanyi Simon Tabit, a Prince from Tanka Village, Widikum in the North West and Princess Pauline Njie from Amassi Chiefdom of South West Region, he had his primary and secondary educational in the rural agricultural communities. He further studied Education and Geography in the University of Buea Cameroon. During his studies in the University, he created African Leadership Community Link Advancement Program (ALCOMLAP) Common Initiative Group, which has been transformed today to Union Farms of Africa (UFA) agribusiness Cooperative and Company. Currently, Justin is doing a master’s degree at International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (IICFIP) USA. He has trained and created more than 750 agribusiness in Cameroon through the support Programme for Rural and Urban Youth in partnership with the Cameroon ministry of Youth Affairs. In 2009, he designed the first Was African Youth Entrepreneurship Summit in Ibadan Nigeria. Currently, in partnership with the Cameroon ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MINADER) and German Development cooperation (GIZ), He is working with 20000 farmers in teaching modern farming skills in a project call the Farmers’ Business Academy. His also working with COOPEXT CA as Deputy National Secretary for the PROCISA/GIZ project
