Mission Statement

The mission of Team PhytoForce is to prevent food waste by encouraging people to eat unconventional foods, including scraps that we usually throw away, and using methods of food preservation such as fermentation to lengthen shelf life and preserve valuable nutrients, with an emphasis on increasing phytonutrient awareness.
