We are 4 students of Columbia University's Business School and School of International and Public Affairs working in a innovative startup that aims to produce a new plant-based milk made of Brazil nuts. The idea is to offer consumers a nutrient-rich beverage that is (1) lactose- and cholesterol-free, (2) 100% organic, and (3) produced by a socially and environmentally responsible production system based on the key principle of the conservation of the Amazon rainforest.
