Food waste management service providing organisation. The plan is to use The Vermont Food utilisation hierarchy by valuing waste.

Use Case

Our Clients will be: Dry green waste buyers like Livestock farming companies and farmers.Fodder processing companies which can use the meat and fish waste as well the bakery products. Compost and Vermi composting companies which can use the spoilt, expired and leftover waste. And Mushroom cultivation companies will use the waste paper.Apart from this we intend to employ: Rag pickers and beggars for this task.

BENEFITS LIKE PREVENTING CLIMATE CHANGE, GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSION, PREVENTING FOOD WASTAGE, OPTIMISATION OF FOOD UTILISATION AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, TAKING CSR TO EVERY HOME AND CORNER OF EVERY VILLAGE OR CITY, GENERATING GREEN JOBS, RAISING STANDARD OF LIVINGS AS WELL FEEDING 9 BILLION PEOPLE BY INCREASING FOOD PRODUCTION; ALL WITH A SIMPLE BUSINESS CONCEPT AS A SERVICE RENDER WITH A SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. MOREOVER EDUCATING PEOPLE WITH HIGHER RESPONSIBILITY TO DEAL WITH FOOD AND FOOD WASTE.

Business Case

Revenue will be generated by selling these sourced waste to client companies at competitive prices and quality segregation. Imparting Training and education to them as well using our method as a waste management training program for money. And our segregation method will be extended to people who are willing to participate in the form of commodities like fodder bags and colour coded categorised bins. And Marketing via these commodities.

  1. TO DEVISE A SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY OF SERVICE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE FULLEST AND OPTIMUM USE OF FOOD.
  2. NOT ONLY TO HELP SATISFY THE HUNGER NEED OF WORLD BUT ALSO HELP SUSTAIN THE ENVIRONMENT BY REDUCING GLOBAL WARMING.
  3. TO AWAKEN PEOPLE ABOUT FOOD WASTAGE AND TAKE INITIATIVES FOR THE SAME THROUGH FIRM STEPS.

Our Mission is to work with a technology or system which would ensure zero wastage of food, increase the yield and feed the needy. Optimum utilisation of food as resource. Annaprashanam is what we call our project that stands to feed. A feasible way which can be used in day to day life.

Our Mission is to work with a technology which would increase the shelf life of food enough to prevent wastage and feed the needy. Optimum utilisation of food as resource. Annaprashanam is what we call our project that stands to feed. A feasible way which can be used in day to day life.

Our Background

A Microbiologist cum Food technologist, Two Biotechnologist and one with the expertise of Fisheries science. We want to make a difference with innovation and knowledge of preventing food loss while recycling food for optimum use as resource. We care about food being wasted while hunger being the major problem around the world. As a girls gang and foodies we want to run a drive right from peoples kitchen to places. Just with a tinge of innovations we will make it.
