eating sequence, tray, slope, extra consumption, prevent gaining weight

A well-designed tray aiming at changing customers' eating sequence to keep full up and reduce extra food consumption between meals.

Use Case

The tray with well-designed layout is suitable for student/staff canteen use. The vegetable and meat parts near consumers and a downward slope in the far side of the tray encourage people to eat vegetable and meat first and staple food at last. The stainless steel material ensures sustainability since they can be recycled and reforged.

Potential

Eating in scientific sequence allows people to keep full up and decrease unnecessarily extra consumption(such as 2 piece of biscuits or a packet of M&M's) between meals.

1.Manage to reduce retailer price by 18.6%(compared with common trays) which is suitable for student/staff cafeterias to cut down expenses. And we are still able to gain 11% profit. 2.Help reduce extra consumption by 240 kcal everyday and enable customers to prevent gaining weight by 1kg per month. 3.Reduce customers' snack expense by $27.7 per month.

Objectives:
