Autosustainable minigreenhouse that uses vertical farming and shadows system for in 10m2 of space grow food, in almost every inhabited place

Use Case

A family or even individual, that have 10 square meters of space, specifically the roof. That wants a constant source of food,without the need of buy it, and that wants organic pesticide free food produced in their home with no lose of comfort.

Potential

By giving the technology and education about grow our own food, the food production related problems like climate change, hunger and food shortage could decrease significantly, by the fact that from populated cities to rural and poor cities every person needs accessibility to food and applying this technology, could lay the foundations for the development of new food technologies for feed 9 billion by 2050 and fight the hunger.

Business Case

An innovate product for every person, individual or in group, that gives the opportunity of grow their own organic and pesticide free food during ten or more years by a cheap and so easily way to build it and install it. It could be promoted by social networks and web pages (specifically video-sharing websites). Can have communities and personal assistance for customer relationships. Using a value driven structure, focusing in innovate but with the premise of using cheap, effective and ecological materials, with an usage fee revenue stream but with a free license usage.

Objectives:

  1. Give a cheap, effective and easy to apply way for every person can grow their own food.
  2. Find an ecological way to grow food in the majority of possible territory, without damaging the local economy.
  3. Produce an idea that serves as basis or support for new food technology ideas.
