In terms of creating a source of revenue, we plan to charge the restaurant roughly around 15% of the sales that they create by using our app. This percentage will cover the fees for setting up server and maintaining them. This percentage will also put us in good spot when it comes to competition with other app that is doing the similar idea as us. Another step we will take to improve the business model is to get the fast food restaurant industry to sign up with us, this will give us lot more opportunity to get involved and also this will help us solve the food insecurity/food waste problem as well.

Mission

Our mission is to get large food chains involved in the fight against food waste. We will accomplish this by adding large chain restaurants into an app that will sell access food left over at the end of service for a discounted price. The app will also allow users to track how many meals they have saved from being thrown away. The aim of this app is to mitigate the impact of large chain restaurants and their contributions to food waste.
