The water team aims at providing safe, clean pure water free from contaminants to rural and remote places (to the population). We also produced an alternative source of chemical free water while treating dirty water and this can be used mainly in the industries dealing with food and drink stuffs . The innovation aims at reducing on the costs of treating sick patients from water borne diseases mentioned above.
The water Team consist of three members who are current students of Makerere University and are currently pursuing a bachelors degree in industrial chemistry. Our intention for coming up with this innovation is to provide safe clean drinking water to the community. We innovated a water filtration system that helps our people to make use of contaminated water through filtration.
