Our mission is to help people to conquer its basic rights and certainly food is one of them. We acknowledge that tons and tons of food are wasted every year all around the world and we want to understand why this happens and we want to stop it. For doing that we have some big ideas that we will have the opportunity to develop and then we'll be able to help a lot of people. We don't think that the way things are right now is the right path for the humanity to grow and we do believe in fairness and in equal rights for everyone. So we will not stop of researching and thinking about new solutions while the hunger problem is a regular issue in our agenda, we will not stop until it stops being a matter of when will the people eat again and it becomes just a matter of at what time in the day is the lunch and the dinner.
We found out about the challenge through one of its ambassadors. We were participating of an entrepreneurship competition where we developed a social company whose mission is to design, build and deliver houses and infrastructure at slums and poor neighborhoods, so when the invite came it was just the perfect time. We believe in a more fair world where everybody has some basic rights and some of them are: a place to live in and food, it means to have something to eat, nobody deserves and shouldn't be starving. Our team is made out of students, we're 3 civil engineers ( 2 in the middle of the course and the other has its graduation coming soon) and the fourth element of our team is an architect student who is almost graduating as well. We believe we have the solution to the end of the hunger in the world, one of the biggest and most important issues we have right now. And we also believe that this challenge is the best way of putting it into practice and cause the real impact we are able to do and help millions of people.
