To make it simple our concept is how to bring waste from the food bins to fork and feed 9+billion in 2050

Use Case

Our agricultural lands are turning up into industrial lands. Our farmers are also deviating from their traditional job of farming to make their ends meet. Keeping all such aspects in mind we stronlgy felt there cant be any other better solution than to develop a safe, edible, nutritious,delicious product from wastes. our concept of processing waste from industries may sound simple but to develop an edible food and a proper combination of them which are expected to be within range is the challenge which we have overcome

Potential

Our concept will definitely make a difference in 2050 because our aim is not just to fill the stomachs but also to feed nutrition. We took over the challenge of processing the food industrial waste. Since its the matter of processing waste this is going to bring a revolution to most of our food processing industries who just throw out their waste after processing.

Business Case

Since our idea is to process the waste of the food processing industry and to convert it into food this will lead to a great business profit. Since the industrialists are able to even process the waste and sell them. Not only that since it is the waste that is being processed this will bring a revolution to the food processing industries.

Objectives:

  2. Provide Nutritious and safe food
  3. Bring a revolution to all food processing industries.

There are a lot of food processing industries across the globe. For example if one of the food proceseing industry could serve 50 people then the waste could feed 30 people by simply processing it. Our aim was not only to fill the stomachs of the 9+billion but to provide them with a nutirious food.keeping these two formulas in mind we have developed a new product using the orange peel from the orange processing industries, corn silk from the corn industry. We have also used barnyard millet which an underused crop. Now here comes a twist for nutrition we have incorporated Euglena which is a safe, nutritious edible aglae. To conclude we chose this because Agricultural lands are turning up into industrial lands. We have enough of everything but just a piece of art how to use it is going to decide our future.

Our Mission

Analyzing the worlds hunger problem , our team feels the solution to it not by increasing the agricultural lands but by utilizing the waste and underused crops. Hence our notion is satisfying the plates of all people with the universal, nutritious yet delicious product from underused crop, millet. It also involves the concept of waste utilization aiming in eliminating malnutrition.

Our Background

Our team has a fabulous blend of five members, everyone desires to push themselves harder and to the hardest. We stay true to ourselves, yet always open to learn. We work hard and never give up on our dreams, even when nobody else believe we can come true. We want to overcome not our fellow mates but our past. We believe the purpose of life as not to be only happy that is also to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make it some difference to the future world. Now coming to the strength of our team, we all are cool headed and not afraid of failures. We have 100% coordination, 0% ego, All together we are a team with inquisitiveness and enthusiastic vigour.
