Our Team

Our Mission

Cows on overage release between 70 and 120 kg of Methane per year which is a greenhouse gas like carbon dioxide, the negative effect on the climate of Methane is 23 times higher than the effect of CO2. In Uganda, meat production stands at 142,000 tonnes, with beef contributing 107,000, goat meat 28,000 metric tonnes and sheep 5,000 tonnes. When you look at this you notice that we rely a lot on beef more than any other animals that are widely consumed yet it is so hazardous to the environment. We proposed to supply people with genetically modified chicken that take 13 weeks to mature and we do this to ensure that we close the gap between beef production and chicken. When chicken grows so fast, farmers find them so profitable and so most of them opt for them rather than other available options and so with this we are helping to conserve the environment and at the same time fighting hunger.
