Our Background

The Traditional Food Innovation team comprises of students from different universities with different research disciplines (Risk management, Agriculture and food security). We are engaging in this challenge because we observed that the inclusion of traditional foods in modern day diets is declining. We care about people getting low cost healthy and nutritious foods. We want to find innovative ways of promoting the consumption of traditional foods.
