YPFS, Young Professionals in Food Security is team of innovative young people and advocates in Food Security and Rural Development. It comprises three people with backgrounds in public policy, agricultural technology and community development. We focus on sustainable development programs such as mobile application development for farmers, installation of biogas digestors, green skills building and renewable energy. We train and capacity build young people into food security project.
Mbuki Mburu is an expert in public policy and governance and youth advocate and co-founder of YPFS .She wants to be the agricultural queen of Kenya. Jeremy Mutemi is a community development specialist.He is also a co-founder of YPFS. Lenin Nyakinya is the founder of YPFS. He is an agricultural expert and Information Technologist. Bernard Ouma is a computer scientist and passionate about agriculture. Stella Cheboi is an expert in business management, a mentor and also a co-founder in YPFS
