Our Mission

MISSION: We are a Peruvian project dedicated to the elaboration, distribution and commercialization of products derived from trout with high quality standards, having as main objective to generate a great satisfaction of our clients in the national scope which look for a nice snack; At the same time, we develop a productive process that would generate labor welfare for all its workers involved.

Our Background

We are a multidisciplinary team that decided to participate in the project in order to develop a product with a high nutritional value that is accessible to the general public and develop a management model together with the Peruvian aquatic community.
