To contribute to the reduction of anemia prevalence, a main public health issue in the worldwide and national population, firstly in children under 3 years and in women in childbearing age.
We are experienced young professionals in the field of food safety, nutrition and public health, with high social commitment. We want to fight against the anemia, because in Perú, it affected to 43.6% of children under 3 years (INEI, 2016). Likewise, the OMS in 2008, showed this nutritional deficiency affected to 239 millions (47.4%) of children in preschool. And it is probable that in the future this situation could be worst.
