Sprouting Millet and health benefits

Millet is one of the underutilized crops of Nepal. Despite being rich source in micro-nutrients it is used mostly in brewery. Sprouting millet is good for health as there is reduction in phytic acid, oxalic acid and other anti-nutritional factors.

Our Mission

Nutrivista is composed of two words Nutri: means Nutrition and vita is combination of colors. Nutrivista aims for the people having on nutrition through peer education methods. We also deal with the diet plan formulation for the different type of the patients via peer education.

Our Background

We have been watching in TFF only about feeding and we are adding nutrition component as it also play pivotal role in development. Nepal is rapidly developing in stunting but US is also rapidly gaining nutrition issues. Thinking that Nepal will also attain similar problems in the coming years. So better start today in advocacy than to have big problems in future.
