Surat-the 4th fastest developing city in the world also known as diamond city. Bt Despite all this economic progress, farmers are still one of the poorest community in the state. Majority of the farmers faces dry lands & day-to-day financial crises. Parallelly our rivers are abundantly polluted by weeds called “water Hyacinth” –for which Govt has no practical solution except spending millions in landfilling. CreaSoul’s unique composition technology will provide one of the highest quality Hyacinth Fertilizer at 10x less cost to the farmer. This will not only save Govts millions of dollar in landfilling bt also lead to economic utilization of weeds. CreaSoul also has a rare feature to efficiently capture & store moisture for a long period of time making it ideal for arid & low rain regions.

Potential

Lack of affordability of high-quality fertilizer by a middle-class farmer has always been a major concern which ends up losing their crops yields and even getting a very low market price. And our Technology has potential to make sure no farmer has to face that loss again! Due to its unique water storing capacity, CreaSoul has potential to save millions of those crop in arid regions which fails because of uncertain water availability. The fertilizer is made up of "Water hyacinth" through a unique process which is 12 times faster than the traditional composition. And Water hyacinth is the most serious aquatic weed in India, infesting more than 200000 ha of water surface. Hence there are plenty of Raw material available for us. And the process can be easily replicated anywhere in the world.

Business Case

Any new innovation should form an easy dovetail joint among the 3Ps– People, Process, & Product. Our innovation does exactly this. Our Unique Business Model allows helping local farmers by selling affordable Organic Fertilizer simultaneously cleaning our rivers from excessive weeds. Recent research shows that Surat district requires around 3500 tons of fertilizer during any particular season, of which majority numbers of the farmer are unable to purchase it because of its cost. In such a taut situation, a lower price & higher yield fertilizer in the supply of fertilizers will be welcomed unconditionally. And all 3 Market forces are with us- Economical, Social & Government! There is no doubt, This is the best time for this & We have a measurable go-to-market plan for it.

Objectives:

  1. A Unique Business Model of producing 10x cheaper but highest quality fertilizer using water hyacinth through a patent-pending technology.
  2. Developing Eco Fertilizer technologies for utilization of these weeds that are easily implementable at village level for rural population.
  3. Introducing a new era of Organic Fertilizers for the people who are still deprived bcoz of lack of knowledge despite of its ample advantages
