Our Team

Our Mission

The DuaSie Team is comprised of a mixture between electrical, mechanical, agricultural engineering and food science concentrations and is also an interdisciplinary project combining electrical, mechanical, chemical and biological knowledge and design. The learning experience for the individual team members is benefited by such diversity. The team mission is to design and develop sustainable food production mechanisms that will allow consumers to grow and preserve their own food.

Our Background

What brought the team together were two main issues and they are: 1. Global Food Security and 2. Global Food Loss. After meeting at a World Food Summit in Accra, we made up our minds to start an initiative to curb food security and food loss challenges. So we sought for opportunities and platforms to develop the inner passion of us thus to feed the world in a sustainable manner.
