Our Team

Our Mission

Transfernation's mission is to change the traditional food rescue model by creating a scalable, efficient, system of on-demand food redistribution. Transfernation has already been working actively towards making food security a right, through practices that are both equitable and inclusive. Our model brings together the private and public sector by using the untouched excess of the former to raise the standard of eating and the standard of living for the latter.

Our Background

We are thinkers, builders, engineers, and entrepreneurs. Hunger is a persistent, persisting problem and we believe that the reason we haven't been able to tackle it has not been because of a lack of food resources; it's the methods that we've been using. We need to use technology and up-to-date, consumer driven methods to drive out these problems and stop relying so heavily on traditional models. We are untraditional, just like our food rescue model.
