The mission of our team is to: Promote food security and fight the extinction Africa’s important crops through the valorization of underutilized cereals with high nutritive value, Diversify the diet of the population by bringing them end product based on minor cereal difficult to process and try to substitute them with the crop that overweight use. Produce under different variants our well know but less used cereal with nutritious.
“Benin Céréales” is a food processing start-up specializing in transformation of minor cereal (grains) into various end product for human consumption. The cereal targeted are Fonio, Sorghum and pearl Millet. By participating at this challenge, our team intend to contribute to food security by using neglected and underutilized crops to improve nutrtionnal healthy of people.
