With an imminent future, the reality of a world with increase in population worldwide, and the generation of sustainable resources for human subsistence, the idea borns of providing a new drink with unconvencional components and interesting benefits and a big potencial to reduce the malnutrition rate. The nutraceutical drink was proposed based on quinoa, molasses and Atta Laevigata ant combined with Lactobacillus Casei Shirota, which will confer the probiotic character.
We are a young team made up of three women, we are studying food, environmental and chemical engineering during the development of our career. We are interested in contributing to the development and improvement of people's quality of life, which is why we always look for innovative ideas that can give response to the needs of society applying our knowledge gradually. We are truly committed and excited to contribute to the food by 2050 by making this idea known.
